 Payment for Ordered Goods.
Solution At this time, Exchangeframe does not process payment on behalf of the retailer or brand. We do however, allow brands to record payments received for a given order. To find out your outstanding balance on a given order, follow these steps:

Step 1 : Login to ExchangeFrame.

Step 2 : Click on “MY ORDERS” and choose the sorting option “Active Orders with a Balance” from the drop down menu.

Step 3 : Choose the order you wish to review from the list.

Step 4 : Depending on your terms you negotiated, you either agreed to pay for the items on delivery (C.O.D.), in advance or on account terms (net 15/30/45...).

Step 5 : If you have made a payment, but don't see it listed, you'll need to contact the brand or showroom directly and ask them to record the payment on the system and mark the cycle as complete.
