 Adding Items to an Order
Solution Once you have found items that you want to order, it's quite simple to create orders for these items.

Step 1 : Login to ExchangeFrame.

Step 2 : Select the virtual Event or Peep Show you wish to browse by clickin on the Event icon.

Step 3 : Click on BROWSE ITEMS in the main menu bar.

Step 4 : Use the filters to find items you want to purchase.

Step 5 : Click on an individual item view the item details.

Step 6 : While in the item detail view you can make notes about the item as a reminder to yourself about anything at all regarding the item. If you add a note, the item will automatically be flagged as a 'Favorite'. Conversely, you can click the 'Add to Favorites' button to make the item a favorite, without ever inputting a note.

Step 7: Click 'Add To Order'.

Step 8: The item ordering window will now open and you can specify the desired quantities based on color styles and sizes available.When you finish with one item you will have the option to either continue browsing, proceed to the order summary or remove the item from the order.

Step 9: To keep browsing items you can click on the “Continue Browsing” button in the top middle of the window, or you can simply choose “previous item” on the upper left of the window or “next item” in the upper right. You DON"T NEED SAVE your work. ExchangeFrame was designed to automatically save your work at all times. Clicking on 'Continue Browsing' will allow you to continue browsing without losing your order information.

Step 10: You'll notice when browsing that we provide a quick order summary in the bottom left of your screen. Clicking on the gray refresh arrows will make sure this is up to date.

Step 11: At any time, you can click on ORDERS from the main menu bar to see more detailed summaries of the order(s) you have created. You'll notice that orders you have created are in a state called RETAILER REVIEW. As long as the order is in RETAILER REVIEW or RETAILER CHANGED, the retailer can add items, remove items, change shipping information, or even cancel the order.

However, AND THIS IS IMPORTANT, until the retailer has clicked the 'SUBMIT ORDER' button from the Order Detail, the order has NOT been submitted to the brand and can't be approved by the brand. For more information please read the articles about different order states in the Knowledgebase.
